Returns & exchanges for clothing
For clothing items, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original, undamaged condition and you'll need to provide a valid receipt.

Hair, chemicals & packaged products policy
Hair, chemicals, and other packaged products are eligible for an exchange or return within 7 days of purchase. A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that we are unable to process any returns or exchanges without a receipt or on items that show signs of damage or use.

No shipping yet, but great things are coming!
We currently do not offer shipping for online orders, but we're working hard to bring you convenience! Soon, you'll be able to shop from home and grab your order right from your door! Stay tuned for updates!
For in-store pickup of online orders, please ensure you have your order number or the name used for the order ready. We also kindly ask for at least one hour from when your order is placed before you come for pickup.
